Daniel F. Reeves
Daniel and his partner
Frederick Levy Jr. purchased the Rams from the
Homer Marshman group from approximately $100,000. The team suspended operation in
1943 while both Daniel and Frederick served in
World War II.
Daniel later purchased Fredericks share of the team and moved them to Los Angeles. The team was moved partially because a second Cleveland team was to start playing in the AAFC in 1946; the Cleveland Browns.
